CANCELLATION: A handling fee of $50.00 will be assessed for cancellation up to
30 days prior to arrival. All payments will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within
30 days and space is not re-rented. Policies are adjusted for short notice bookings. (Please email us for Christmas terms).
